Rhoda Kakoma is a Client Liaison and Business Partnerships Specialist in the Innovation and Solutions Department at Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO). With over three years of experience in the financial sector, Rhoda drives strategic partnerships and champions innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and business growth. She holds a background in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Economics, and has contributed to initiatives such as the National Innovation Challenge, UNDP Mukuba UniPod Innovation Managers Mentorship, and the Innovation & Technology Summit Zambia.

Rhoda also serves on the board of the Zambia National STEM Foundation. Beyond her professional work, she is an avid volleyball player in the Zambia National Volleyball League, bringing the same energy and teamwork to her professional endeavors.
