Peggy Molefi holds a Master of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies. With experience as a university teaching assistant and leadership roles in youth advocacy, Peggy is deeply committed to advancing gender equality, democracy, and inclusive governance across Africa. She currently serves as Head of Gender and Democracy at the African Union Students Platform and as National Coordinator for Students for Liberty Botswana. A Mastercard Foundation Scholar and International Youth Think Tank Fellow, she continues to bridge academic research and youth-led policy engagement to promote social justice and transformative leadership.
