Oluwadamilola is a leading global voice in education, policy advocacy, and youth development, dedicated to creating sustainable change through strategic programs and initiatives. With over four years of experience in project management and social impact program implementation, she has taken on key leadership roles as a program manager, social activist, and volunteer, working across various sectors to empower communities and drive sustainable growth.

Currently, she works as the African Programs Associate at Students For Liberty (SFL), overseeing initiatives across 40 African countries. In this role, she designs, manages, and executes programs that empower young African leaders committed to liberty and social change. She facilitates leadership training in tertiary institutions and organizes policy discussions, conferences, and workshops.

Oluwadamilola is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Sustainability Studies. She also earned a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP) from the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance. Additionally, she has obtained professional certifications in Nonprofit Leadership and Management (NPLM) from Lagos Business School and Think Tank Management & Fundraising from Atlas Network Academy. She remains committed to driving systemic change and continues to make a lasting impact through her work.
