Moses Bwalya is an experienced Sales Lead with over 10 years of expertise in fintech, telecommunications, and banking. He has spearheaded transformative projects such as Super Agency, which operates in Zambia, specifically Lusaka, and customer acquisition initiatives for leading banks, telecoms, and fintech organizations. He also played a pivotal role in launching Topstar Zambia.

After successfully pushing the Acquisition project under Equilibrium, the company was awarded more projects, including Super Agency. Moses is recognized for driving growth through innovation, having led teams to surpass targets during challenging periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership earned him multiple awards and promotions, including his rise from Field Manager at Equilibrium (a vendor for Zanaco Bank) to Head of Acquisition.
