Angela Halubobya is a lawyer by profession and an alumna of African Liberty. She was a fellow in the African Liberty Fellowship, Class of 2021/2022, where she engaged deeply in ideas around liberty, human rights, leadership, and policy. Angela brings a legal perspective informed by her fellowship experience and a strong commitment to advancing good governance through research and writing in Africa.
