Program Manager, Great Lakes Center for Development and Enterprise

Program Manager at the Great Lakes Center for Development and Enterprise, Bruce-Vaillant Ntangibingura contributes to the promotion of free enterprise and free society through the Birashoboka Campaign. Thanks to his commitment to free enterprise, he has already produced several case studies on the constraints to free enterprise in Burundi. These case studies were carried out as tools of awareness of the Burundian decision makers of the free enterprise barriers in Burundi, as well as their consequences on the development of the country. Starting in 2014, he was an agent of change for Action on Armed Violence to promote the economic empowerment of young leaders of political parties who could have been exploited for violence during and after the 2015 Burundian election. Bruce-Vaillant Ntangibingura also helped set up Burundi’s first Start Up network, Impact Hub Bujumbura, as an outdoor and networking lead. He was primarily responsible for managing relations with Impact Hub Bujumbura partners and fundraising. Committed to developing Burundian small businesses growth, he is a trainer and coach for different Burundian SMEs in both urban and rural areas for the Burundi Business Incubator coaching network.
